Welcome to the GasRecon ReGIS Tour
Note: You may pause this by hovering your cursor over the presentation.
ReGIS is GasRecon's GIS platform. ReGIS assists in both field data collection and with delivery to the customer. It is built using an industry-standard GIS backend; Geoserver.
Customers may get their own ReGIS server for accessing their data.
Once logged-in, you get a list of your surveys. Typically they are separated by Tap. You can click on either a map view or a data table view of your data.
The Map view illustrates your survey. Depending your needs, we can log a wide range of features. Above we see a fictional pipe logged with some risers and a reg station.
Click on the map to get detailed information for the data relevant to that point. Note the attached image of the riser to the right.
Click on the small images presented from the map to have a full-size version open in a new browser tab.
We automatically log raw sensor readings to a bread crumb trail we call User Tracks. Above we see the User Tracks layer enabled. The tracks are green indicating a nominal PPM reading. Tracks change colours to indicate higher PPM readings, thus you can very quickly see trends in your data.
The Data views give ways to extract the GIS-stored data in to many popular formats including esri shape and csv. Your data belongs to you and you can extract copies from ReGIS at any time.
Within your Data views, you may preview the detailed raw data before you export the data.
